New cleaning policy- Cleaning assignment(very simple) in cabin if not done minimum of a $50.00 charge otherwise no cleaning fee.
A "starter kit" of bath tissue, trash bags, and bath soap is supplied. Cabins with kitchens also get a starter kit of paper towels and dishwashing detergent. They are NOT replenished during your stay. We suggest you pack coffee filters, storage bags, salt&pepper, cooking ingredients and paper products.
Reservations may be guaranteed on a Major Credit Card. A Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is due at booking and is required to hold your reservations. This deposit is included in the total charges and goes towards your final payment. If reserving a cabin within 14 days of arrival then 50% of the whole reservations will be charged.
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival(must get cancellation number), or half-fee will be charged, 48 hours or less til check in or no-show will be charged 100% of your stay. If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, you will be counted as a no-show, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of your stay. No refunds given on early checkouts.
We accept Cash and Major Credit Cards only (VISA, MasterCard, Discover), Sorry no personal checks allowed.
We do allow pets in a few cabins (family cabin without whirlpool tub #4, super deluxe cabin#9, cozy cabin#5) but theres a $50.00 fee, if not told that you have a pet with you its a min of $100.00.
